Why This Camp?
Lake Placid is one of the most iconic Ironman races in the world — and one of the most challenging. This is the 13th year for our camp. Our camp is designed to give you the confidence, course knowledge, and fitness boost you need to perform at your best on race day.
What You’ll Experience
Swim: Guided open-water sessions in Mirror Lake with sighting, pacing, and stroke feedback.
Bike: Ride the full Ironman course with on-course support, nutrition practice, and climbing strategies.
Run: Long run and brick sessions along the race route with pacing strategies for the rolling terrain.
Workshops: Daily talks on fueling, recovery, pacing, mental toughness, and tapering.
Coaching Access: Hands-on instruction and feedback from Coach Jeff and team.
Community: Train alongside like-minded athletes chasing the same finish line.
